Flor's Cleaning Services was started nearly 20 years ago by Flor Benitez, a mother and entrepreneur. Back in 1989, Flor saw cleaning homes as the best way to work and still spend quality time with her son. Over the years, through word of mouth alone, her reputation for providing exceptional service spread until demand outgrew even her great capabilities. So, with the help of family and friends, Flor carefully built a company where every employee embodies her commitment to providing quality services—not an easy task!
Our team is referred to us by current employees. The idea is that good people are referring other good people. New hires are then trained approximately 4-6 weeks in real homes that are donated by our friends and family. We build a relationship with our employees before sending them to a paying customer's home. Finally, the amount of work they receive is merit based, and must maintain a certain standard to be awarded more work. This has resulted in the development of a team of hard-working mothers, many with the same humble history, commitment to quality, and positive attitude as Flor herself as always had.
